On that property, I began picking it apart (as I imagined you would) and cleaning up the slightest flaws, in preparation for furnishing it with you. About two days before completion, I got lucky. A neighbor came over and knocked on the door with someone he knew that was looking to rent a place.

Apparently what I learned from you paid off, because the place looked spectacular inside and out (except for the kitchen ceiling which was being addressed and some stuff I had not removed from the sheds), and the guy said he wanted it.
